Introduction: Coronavirus is an infectious disease that is faced by the large nursing community today, especially nurses working in the intensive care unit. Along with other job stressors in the nursing profession, the nature of this disease has affected the quality of Work Life (QWL) of nurses. Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate the effect of Benson relaxation on nurses' QWL in caring for Covid 19 patients.Materials and Methods: This study was a two-group clinical trial. The research units included 62 nurses working in the intensive care units of Vasi Sabzevar Hospital, who were divided into two Benson sedation and control groups by census method and random assignment in 2019. The intervention group performed relaxation exercises twice a week for one month and each time for 20 minutes. Data collection was done through WRQoL-2 quality of work-life questionnaire. The data was analyzed by spss-16 software.Results: The mean score of QWL of all nurses before the intervention in the crisis conditions was 53±4.4 which is at the low quality of life levels. The quality of life of intensive care nurses increased after Benson relaxation compared to the control group (p <0.05).Conclusion: This study showed that Benson relaxation increases the QWL in nurses in the face of Covid-19 patients, so it is suggested that nursing managers while using relaxation techniques, by creating a calm work environment and Low stress conditions provide the active participation of nurses to achieve the goals of the health system.

Introduction: Due to the high level of stress during pregnancy and the epidemiology of Covid 19 disease, which endangers the general health of pregnant women, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of self-care education on Covid 19 on the general health of pregnant mothers.
Materials and Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 84 pregnant women referred to Mobini Hospital in Sabzevar in the period of June to September 2020. Using random allocation of variable blocks (quadruple blocks), individuals were divided into intervention and control groups. For data collection, two questionnaires of demographic characteristics and standard questionnaire of General health were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 16).
Results: The results showed that the mean age of participants in the control group was 27.36 ± 5.88 and in the intervention, group was 27.20 ± 5.71. The mean total score of general health before the intervention was 21.68± 8.12 in the control group and 20.32 ± 7.71 in the intervention group. The results of Mann-Whitney test showed that the general health score at the beginning of the study was not statistically significant (p = 0.50). The mean total health score after the intervention in the control group was 20.31 ± 12.26 and in the intervention, group was 12.65 ± 7.15. Mann-Whitney test showed that this difference was statistically significant (p 0. 0.001).
Conclusion: Self-care education related to Covid-19 disease leads to improving the general health of pregnant mothers.

Introduction: In relation to mental health, self-efficacy indicates that a person with high Self-efficacy has the ability to change their negative mental states, in other words, strong self-efficacy beliefs bring peace and can be an appropriate predictor for mental health. Therefore, the current research was conducted to investigate the effect of virtual training of relaxation methods on self-efficacy and mental health of medical students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences during the outbreak of the Covid 19.Materials and Methods: The present study is an intervention type that was conducted by random method based on double replacement blocks in 2019 on 26 samples (14 in the intervention and 12 in the control group) from undergraduate students of anesthesiology and operating room. The criteria for entering the study included not suffering from mental disorders and taking psychoactive drugs, as well as willingness to participate in the study. Checklist of demographic characteristics and standard questionnaires of mental health and self-efficacy were completed in both groups before and after the intervention.Results: The results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant difference between self-efficacy (P-Value >0/05) and mental health (P-Value >0/05) of students in both groups before and after the intervention.Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that Benson's relaxation technique had no effect on students' self-efficacy and mental health, so other relaxation methods can be used.

Background & Objective: Using novel methods of clinical evaluation is an important policy of educational institutions. Logbooks are among the most effective, novel techniques of clinical activity evaluation. The present study aimed to design, implement, and evaluate an electronic logbook to enhance the quality of evaluating operating room and anesthesiology field apprentices.Materials and Methods: This was a combined research. In the qualitative stage, field apprenticeship logbooks were developed using the Delphi method in a purpose-based manner. Following that, the web-based electronic version was designed for Android. In the quantitative stage, clinical evaluation was performed on 30 BSc students of operating room and anesthesiology at Sabzevar School of Paramedical Sciences, Iran. At the end of the semester, a satisfaction scale was completed by the students and analyzed using descriptive statistics.Results: In total, operating room students of the seventh semester (n=18) and anesthesiology students of the eighth semester (n=12) were enrolled in the study. The mean age of the participants was 21-22 years. The operating room and anesthesiology students had favorable and excellent satisfaction with all the items of the clinical apprenticeship evaluation using the electronic logbook. Conclusion: According to the results, using an electronic logbook by clinical professors could enhance the performance of students and motivate students to increase their clinical competence in conducting various procedures in the operating room during the apprenticeship period.
